Who we are

Zynhive is a studio in Lahore, Pakistan that builds websites, apps and AI tools and runs SEO and ads for businesses. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Zynhive. For anything about your data, email info@zynhive.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us, plus basic information about how the site is used.

• Enquiry and call forms: your name, email, website, what you need help with, a rough budget and your message.
• The website check and the scorecard: your website address and, for the scorecard, your answers and score.
• Internship applications: your name, email, phone, university, degree, graduation year, the track you chose, links to your portfolio or CV, and why you're applying.
• Where you came from: if you arrive from an ad or a link with campaign tags, we store the campaign name and source with your enquiry so we know which ads work.
• Usage: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

Why we use it

We don't sell your data, add you to mailing lists, or send you marketing you didn't ask for.

• To reply to you and arrange the call, review or plan you asked for. We rely on your request and our legitimate interest in answering it.
• To assess internship applications and get back to you.
• To understand which pages and ads bring enquiries, so we can improve them.
• To keep the site secure and working.

Who helps us handle it

We use a small number of trusted providers, who only process your data to provide their service to us:

• Google Firebase (Google Cloud): stores enquiries and applications.
• Resend: sends the emails you ask for, such as confirmations and our replies.
• Vercel: hosts the website.
• Cloudinary: stores and serves images on the site.
• Meta (Facebook): the Meta Pixel measures visits and enquiries from our Facebook and Instagram ads.

Cookies and similar tools

The Meta Pixel uses cookies to measure how our ads perform. We also store a couple of small settings in your browser, such as whether you've closed our popup, so we don't show it again.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site still works without them.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last conversation, unless you become a client, in which case we keep project records for as long as we work together and as the law requires.
• Internship applications: up to 12 months.
• Server logs: as long as our hosting provider keeps them, typically a few weeks.

Where it's stored

Our providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. We choose providers that protect data with recognised safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@zynhive.com and we'll reply within one working day and act on it within 30 days. If you're in the UK or EU and unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If we change how we use your data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
